CANCELLATION, REFUND & WALLET POLICY

Welcome to Quiker.my, operated by Xpertiz Business Solutions Sdn Bhd. This Cancellation, Refund & Wallet Policy explains the rules, terms, and conditions related to booking cancellations, refunds, wallet balances, bonus credits, rescheduling, and disputes for all services booked through the Quiker.my platform, website, and mobile applications.

By using Quiker.my, customers agree to this policy.

1. Booking Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel a booking within 1 hour of placing the order without any cancellation charges, provided the assigned service provider has not started traveling, preparation work, or material purchase.

For scheduled bookings, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the service appointment may qualify for a full refundable wallet credit.

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, Quiker.my reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total booking amount to compensate the service provider for operational losses, transportation, manpower arrangement, or reserved booking slots.

Emergency bookings, urgent same-day bookings, or instant dispatch services may not qualify for cancellation refunds once a provider has been assigned.

1.2 Service Provider Cancellation

If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, Quiker.my will attempt to arrange a replacement provider based on availability.

If no replacement provider is available, eligible customers will receive a full refund in the form of Quiker.my Wallet credit.

Quiker.my shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic conditions
  • Customer unavailability
  • Building management restrictions
  • Technical failures
  • Force majeure events

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following situations:

  • Booking cancelled within eligible cancellation period
  • Service provider unavailable
  • Duplicate payment made
  • Booking not fulfilled
  • Verified technical payment issue
  • Service could not be completed due to provider-related reasons
  • Dispute approved by Quiker.my management

Refund approval is subject to internal review and verification.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed services
  • Inspection or site visit charges
  • Transportation fees
  • Material purchase costs
  • Emergency or urgent bookings
  • Same-day service dispatch fees
  • Booking deposits
  • Custom quotation or bidding-confirmed services
  • Platform processing fees
  • Promotional or bonus wallet credits

Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on minor preference differences where the agreed service scope has already been completed.

3. Quiker.my Wallet Refund Policy

All approved refunds on Quiker.my will be credited directly into the customer's Quiker.my Wallet balance.

Refunds are generally not transferable to bank accounts, debit cards, credit cards, or original payment methods unless required by applicable law or approved by Quiker.my management under exceptional circumstances.

Wallet balance can be used for:

  • Future service bookings
  • Service payments
  • Platform transactions within Quiker.my

If a customer cancels a booking immediately after payment and the booking qualifies for refund approval, the refundable amount will automatically be credited into the customer Wallet balance.

All wallet refund transactions will appear in the customer Wallet transaction history for transparency and tracking purposes.

4. Wallet Top-Up Bonus Policy

Customers who top up their Quiker.my Wallet may receive promotional bonus credits.

• Minimum Wallet Top-Up: RM500 per transaction
• Bonus Reward: 5% Wallet Bonus
✨ Example:
• Top-Up RM500 → Receive RM525 Wallet Balance
• Top-Up RM1000 → Receive RM1050 Wallet Balance

Wallet bonus credits:

  • Can only be used within Quiker.my
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be withdrawn
  • May expire based on promotional campaigns or internal policy

Quiker.my reserves the right to modify, suspend, reject, or terminate wallet bonus promotions at any time without prior notice.

5. Rescheduling & Booking Changes

Customers may request booking date or time changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to provider availability.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Last-minute rescheduling
  • Location changes
  • Additional work requests
  • Extra manpower requests
  • Changes outside original booking scope

Quiker.my does not guarantee provider availability for rescheduled bookings.

6. Service Disputes & Complaints

Customers must report any service disputes, complaints, incomplete work, or quality issues within 24 hours after service completion.

Quiker.my may request:

  • Photos or videos
  • Booking details
  • Service evidence
  • Communication records
  • Invoice or payment proof

Our support team will review the dispute and provide a reasonable resolution based on investigation findings.

Quiker.my reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refund approvals and dispute outcomes.

7. Fraud, Abuse & Policy Violations

Quiker.my reserves the right to:

  • Suspend accounts
  • Reject refunds
  • Remove wallet credits
  • Block transactions
  • Restrict platform access

if fraudulent activity, refund abuse, fake claims, chargeback abuse, or policy violations are detected.

8. Processing Time

Approved wallet refunds are normally processed instantly or within 24 hours.

Special refund cases requiring manual verification may take 5–14 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on payment gateway, banking systems, or technical verification procedures.
